Meet other Austin couples. This group is for couples in the Greater Austin area. We welcome couples of any age, creed, background, etc. Join us for dancing, comedy shows, billiards, movies, dinner, game nights... we are open to all suggestions! Please email the organizers with your ideas! If you're willing to host an event let us know that as well.

What we are looking for in our members:
A) You should be in a relationship and be willing to hang out with your significant other at events (we don't mind if it's been 6 months or 60 years as long as you are in a committed relationship).
B) You should like to meet new people in relationships.
C) You should like good conversation and getting out.
D) While we welcome couples with children, we encourage you to attend meetup events to meet other adults (though we do offer a few family friendly meetups per year)
E) We hope you join to find new friends and encourage you to attend meetups that spark your interest. This way you might meet folks who have similar interest as you and that you might want to even hang out with those new interesting couples outside of our events.

What we do not want in our members:
A) We do not like couples to join and never show up.
B) We also do not care for those who are not considerate of their organizers time by not updating their RSVP's.
C) Last, it should be noted that this is not a swingers group.

Please note that there are DUES every year, 2009 dues are only $2.00 per couple, though starting in 2010 they will be $5.00 per couple. You may pay online with paypal or pay Melissa cash in person. These dues are meant to help pay for website fees ($140 per year), lost money to organizers (assistant organizers and member hosts) when possible, as well as buying gift cards to be given away at events. It should be noted that this money will not be kept by any organizer, assistant or host, and a ledger will be made available on a regular basis for members to view. If you join the group after the dues date has passed you will be given eight weeks from the day you join our group to attend a meetup, decide if the group is for you and pay your dues.
