About The East Valley Couples with kids Meetup Group

Every month the Organizers strive to pack your calendars with fun-filled events to keep you on your toes and to get you out there to mingle with other Couples/Families in your area.

As you can imagine though, running an active Couples group can get a little costly. In order to continue to bring our members events in the future, we have decided to implement membership dues.

For all of our New and Potential Members, please note that a 90 day "trial period" will be offered to you so that you may have the chance to decide if East Valley Couples with Kids group is for you and your spouse. Also for The East Valley Couples with Kids to make sure that you mesh with the group. The fees will be amassed by paying event fees with a maximum of $5.00 per event, not to exceed $25.00 per year. After you have met the $25.00 annual fee, no more fees will be required at gatherings (with the exception of bunco, poker and events of that nature).




1. We will not tolerate any abuse or inappropriate behavior on this site or at any of our events. This is a zero tolerance policy. Any member violating this will be banned from the group immediately. This is a fun group, the events are meant to be light and fun for all in attendance it is not a place to gossip, be catty or disrespectful of other members. These are violations of the zero tolerance policy.

2. Each new applicant must attend an event within the first 90-days of membership.

3. The organizers put a lot of work into scheduling and coming up with new events. With that in mind, we have implemented a strict "No Show" Policy. Violating these terms will be seen as your disinterest in the group and you will be removed:

Should you RSVP yes for any event and then decide that you can't make it, we request that you change your RSVP at least three hours prior to the event. After all we put a lot of effort into making our events fun for everyone - all we ask is that you treat them like any other commitment.

4. We will require that each member attend at least one group function every 90 days in order to stay active and RSVP to all events. Should you fail to RSVP for 3 or more consecutive events you will be considered an inactive member and removed from the group.

Should you have any concerns/complaints/or grievances with another group member, please feel free to contact the group Organizer and we will do what we can to help.
