We enjoyed Irish Fish Chowder in the pubs of Ireland and once home, experimented to try & meet the unique flavor & content. Each pub was different, but similar.. hope y'all agree!! A lunch special had Ham, carrots, cabbage , & all 3: boiled , mashed & FF potatoes!!
