Should we try to rent a beach house 2nd week of September?

Some members have expressed interest in renting a beachhouse at one of the NC beaches the 2nd week of September '08. Beach, games, parties, BBQ's, firepits, lots of fun and relaxation!! This will involve quite a bit of planning and trust. Decisions to make-- how many people can come, where to go (Wrightsville, Nags Head etc....), what type of house to rent (pool, hot tub, game room) etc... I thought it might be easier to poll the group on this. Dates would be 9/6 or 9/7 through 9/13 or 9/14. Need to know how many of you are serious and how many are serious enough that u'd be willing to make payment within the next month or two. I would scope a place out and make all payments for the group. People can pay with credit cards or other account through Paypal. Most places I've looked at so far would be approx $2500 total (about $300/couple), hosting approx eight couples. E/couple would be responsible for one dinner and one lunch. Email me ur ideas+comments. One vote per cple please.
