Dinner at Vivace: Triangle Restaurant Week!!

For those who have signed up for the Mint Restaurant next week... I have some very bad news that just came to my attention this morning (May 7th). When I made the reservation for the 12 of us last week I was told that the Mint would be partaking in the special pre-fixe price option at dinner time for Restaurant Week. Unfortunately now they tell me they will only be doing this at lunch, not dinner. This more less defeats the intended purpose of the Triangle Restaurant Week altogether (which was to try new restaurants at lower than normal prices). So, we have decided to cancel our reservation at the Mint and chose a different restaurant that can confirm to us that they are definitely hosting the special dinner price during Restaurant Week. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I will simply change the name of the Restaurant once it is chosen (hopefully later today). So, if you still want to go (regardless of the restaurant), just remain RSVP. Sorry about that folks, Trish and I were also very excited about trying this restaurant out, and are very disappointed it's fallen through.

Ok, we have chosen, Vivace to replace The Mint. Vivace has promised us that they are serving the special pre-fixe menu at dinner. $25 buys each person a appetizer, entree and dessert. There will be two choices in each category. For those who don't want to do the pre-fixe, the full menu will be available as well!
