Come on out to Frazier's (http://www.fraziersbi...) for our first meeting during Triangle Rest. Week. Price is $25 per person and includes appetizer, entree and dessert. This is a wonderful opportunity to try some of the culinary greatness in our area without having to spend quite as much money as you might normally. If you do not care to partake in the pre-fixe option, the full menu will be available as well.

Because I must make a reservation in advance, please only sign up for this event if you definitely intend to join us. I must have an accurate count. thanks

We have now been given the pre-fixe menu for this event from Frazier's. Although the manager tells me this could change ever so slightly depending on the availability of the fershest ingredients, here it is:

TRIANGLE RESTAURANT WEEK
$25 PER PERSON

Appetizer:
STEAMED MUSSELS
ORZO PASTA, MELTED LEEKS,
TEARDROP TOMATOES, HERB JUS

Entree:
PAN SEARED SALMON
SHAVED FENNEL AND ORANGE SALAD, PERUVIAN PURPLE POTATOES, WILTED SPINACH, THYME OIL

Dessert:
TRIPLE CHOCOLATE CAKE
PASSIONFRUIT ICE CREAM

Again, we have been told that the full menu will be available just in case you dont want to try the pre-fixe options.
