FONDUE NIGHT

Come join Leandra and Eric for Fondue Night at their home in SW Durham on Saturday, April 19th.

I have listed the breakdown of what people will need to bring. When
folks RSVP they just need to add what option they will take care of!
10 people maximum, not including the hosts.

We'll do two cheese fondues (traditional swiss and fiesta cheddar),
two oil pots, and two chocolate fondues (plain milk chocolate (maybe a
liqueur thrown in) and chocolate with nuts).

We have all the recipes and will help put stuff together in stages
once everyone arrives, so just bring the ingredients under the option
you want!

option 1: 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese/8 oz gruyere swiss/2 large french baguettes
option 2: 1 lb chicken breasts/2 lbs steak (either filet or sirloin)
option 3: 1 lb chicken breasts/2 lbs steak (either filet or sirloin)
option 4: 16 oz emmenthaler swiss cheese/1 qt peanut oil
option 5: items for dipping in chocolate (strawberries, banana, pound
cake, marshmallows)/2 lbs milk chocolate chips/2 cans evaporated milk

We'll provide shrimp, wine (red and white) or soda, pumpernickel
bread, and sauces for oil fondue. We only have two fondue pots, so
please let us know when you sign up if you can bring one!
